These terms govern your use of the vScription platform. vScription is operated by VTEX Voice Solutions Inc..

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each user on your organization's subscription requires their own account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use vScription for any purpose that violates applicable law or infringes on the rights of others. You must have the legal authority to process the audio/PHI you upload.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually per seat. AI minute usage is tracked per organization. Overages require a top-up purchase. Cancel any time; service continues through the end of your paid term.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms as our product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings.
