The job falls back to manual transcription — nothing is lost. Top up any time from the Subscription page, or enable auto-topup.
Yes. Regular and alternate seats are purchased independently, each at their own volume-tier rate.
You can add seats at any time. New seats are prorated to the current billing period and locked to the current tier rate.
Your rate is locked for the remainder of the term — no mid-year price increases.
No. Each organization gets one free Account Admin seat.
